Merry Christmas We would like to
wish all members of the community & brigade members a merry Christmas, we
hope to have a quiet break & don’t
take any offence when we say that “We don’t want to see you over the festive
season” Bulk Water Project We have just
received finances to move onto stage 2 of our water storage project, this
money will be used to further upgrade water transfer pumps giving us quick
reliable access for refilling appliances. This is in addition to our 32,000L
tank funded by SGIC Insurance last year New Appliance We have just
received a brand new Appliance, this vehicle is a superior upgrade to our out-dated
Hino single cab, The new vehicle is based on a Hino Pro-Ranger 8Z 4x4 Crew
Cab which is powered by a 24v Intercooled turbo diesel 6 Cyl backed with a
auto transmission. It has already been called the safest fire appliance in
the world & comes with a long list of specialist features. More info to
